Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to MockupPro 3D, a browser-based studio for creating generic 3D device mockup images and videos. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
- You may use the editor to create promotional mockups from content you own or have permission to use.
- You are responsible for the screenshots, videos, logos, text, and other media you upload or render.
- You must not use the service for illegal, misleading, infringing, abusive, or privacy-violating content.
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass payment controls, or interfere with the service.
Device assets and naming
The public product uses self-authored generic device assets. MockupPro 3D is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by device manufacturers. Device-like names are used only to describe compatible visual categories and may be changed if needed.
Accounts, credits, and exports
- You can edit in the browser without an account. Certain exports, saved account features, and billing features require sign-in.
- Free exports may include a watermark, lower quality, or shorter duration limits.
- Paid-quality exports may require credits. Credits are reserved when a paid export starts and finalized when the export completes.
- If a browser render fails after credits are reserved, the service attempts to mark the export failed and return the reserved credits.
- Credits are not legal tender, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to expiration or account limits stated at purchase.
- Credits, prices, and plan limits may change for future purchases. Existing paid access will be handled according to the checkout receipt and applicable law.
Billing and cancellation
Paid checkout, subscriptions, receipts, and the billing portal are handled by Creem. Subscription renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment failures follow the checkout terms shown at purchase. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past usage. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.
Availability and output quality
MockupPro 3D is browser software. Export availability depends on device performance, browser media APIs, uploaded media, and network conditions. We work to keep exports reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without a promise that every browser, file, or render setting will work perfectly.
Intellectual property
- You keep rights to media you upload.
- MockupPro 3D retains rights to the studio software, generic device assets, UI, and documentation.
- You may use exported mockups for your own marketing, product, and client work, subject to these terms and rights in your uploaded content.
- You grant MockupPro 3D the limited permission needed to process your uploaded media in order to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MockupPro 3D will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account creates legal risk, payment abuse, security risk, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and manage paid access through the billing portal when available.
Changes
These terms may be updated as product features, billing, storage, team features, and commercial licensing evolve. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
