Common issues
- If sign-in fails, use Google sign-in first and email magic link as a fallback.
- If credits look stale after checkout, refresh account status after the billing webhook arrives.
- If a paid export fails, the system should mark the export failed and return reserved credits.
- If video export is not supported by the browser, use the available fallback format or try a current Chromium browser.
- If a checkout window does not open, disable popup blocking for the site and try again while signed in.
Information to include
- Account email used for sign-in.
- Export type, canvas ratio, duration, and resolution.
- Browser and operating system.
- Checkout or receipt ID if the issue is billing-related.
- Any error message shown in the app, plus whether the issue repeats after a refresh.
Response targets
During early access, launch-blocking billing or paid export issues are prioritized first. General feedback, model-quality requests, and feature requests are reviewed in batches as the product roadmap evolves.
Security and abuse
Report suspected account compromise, payment abuse, or security issues through the same support address with "Security" in the subject line. Do not include card details or sensitive secrets in support emails.
