Refund Policy
This page describes how MockupPro 3D handles refund requests for Pro subscriptions, credit packs, and failed paid-quality exports.
Failed paid exports
If a paid-quality browser export fails after credits are reserved, MockupPro 3D attempts to mark the export failed and return the reserved credits automatically. This covers browser render failures, not dissatisfaction with an export that completed successfully. If credits were not returned automatically, contact support with the account email, export settings, and approximate time of the failed capture.
Credit packs
- Unused credit-pack purchases may be reviewed for refund eligibility within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits already consumed by completed exports are generally not refundable unless required by applicable law.
- Partially used credit packs may be reviewed case by case. Any approved refund may remove the remaining purchased credits from the account.
- Fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity may result in account restrictions.
Pro subscriptions
- Users can manage subscription status through the hosted billing portal after their first completed checkout.
- Subscription refunds are reviewed against the billing provider receipt, usage history, and applicable consumer protection rules.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past usage.
- If monthly credits were already used, a subscription refund may be denied or reduced where allowed by law.
Disputes and chargebacks
Payment disputes and chargebacks are recorded for manual review. Accounts involved in unresolved disputes may lose access to paid exports until the dispute is resolved. Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can review failed exports or accidental purchases quickly.
