Data we process

• Account data such as email address, display name, sign-in provider, plan status, and credit balance.
• Billing metadata such as checkout IDs, subscription IDs, product IDs, and credit ledger entries.
• Export metadata such as device family, canvas ratio, format, resolution, duration, credit cost, and status.
• Product analytics events such as page views, Studio opens, media imports, checkout clicks, and capture outcomes.
• Uploaded screenshots or videos only when upload, browser rendering, or cloud storage features require them.

Browser-local media

Uploaded images and videos are primarily used in your browser session to render the mockup. Unless a cloud storage or saved project feature is explicitly enabled, media files are not uploaded as permanent project assets by the editor. Generated exports are downloaded by the browser.

How we use data

• To authenticate accounts and keep credit balances accurate.
• To reserve, finalize, refund, or reconcile paid-quality exports.
• To operate checkout, subscriptions, credit packs, receipts, and the billing portal.
• To diagnose export reliability and understand product conversion without storing raw uploaded media.
• To respond to support, fraud, security, legal, or abuse reports.

Service providers

• Vercel hosts the public web application.
• Supabase provides authentication, database, and Edge Functions.
• Creem handles hosted checkout, payment collection, billing portal, and payment webhooks.
• Cloudflare may provide DNS, WAF, Turnstile, and future object storage.
• Resend may be used for transactional email such as sign-in links and support-related messages.

Payment data

MockupPro 3D does not store card numbers. Payment details are handled by the hosted billing provider. The app stores only billing metadata needed to connect a payment event to an account, subscription, or credit grant.

Analytics

MockupPro 3D uses first-party product analytics to understand the conversion funnel and export reliability. The analytics event stream records event names, page paths, campaign parameters, anonymous session IDs, and limited product properties such as export mode, device family, quality, or credit cost. It does not store raw IP addresses, card numbers, full browser fingerprints, or uploaded media content. You can opt out in the browser console by running localStorage.setItem('mockuppro_analytics_opt_out', '1').

Retention

Account, credit, billing, and export records are kept while needed to provide the service, comply with accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Browser-local media can be removed by clearing the session or using the app's media reset controls. Support records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and maintain abuse prevention history.

Security

• Provider secrets are stored server-side in Supabase Edge Function secrets.
• Browser access to account data is scoped by Supabase Row Level Security.
• Payment webhooks verify signatures before processing billing events.
• Service-role database access is kept server-side in Edge Functions and is not exposed to the browser.

Your choices

You can use free browser editing without signing in. You may request account, billing, or support data help through pany.panpan05@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements.

Children

MockupPro 3D is intended for product, design, and marketing work and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum digital consent age in your location.
